How make 340x240 apps work on my 240x240 screen (or how to make your PDA an iphone)

I found this utility http://www.nyditot.com/Products.asp very interesting.

It allows you to scroll any size of resolution on your small PDA screen, bit like the iphone.

Sounds good to me.
